Our Mission
Guardian Grounds Maintenance is a division of Guardian Investigations & Security LLC operating with a community-centered, faith-driven mission in association with One Accord Ministries.
Our mission goes beyond maintaining lawns, restoring fences, cleaning properties, landscaping, hauling debris, and improving homes and businesses.
We believe work creates opportunity.
Guardian Grounds Maintenance was developed, in part, to create meaningful employment, training, mentorship, responsibility, and opportunities for adults and young adults who may experience barriers to traditional employment.
That can include individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability, individuals working to rebuild their lives, young adults needing guidance and employment experience, and other members of our community who simply need someone willing to give them an opportunity.
We also provide employment opportunities for members of the Guardian team, including licensed private-security professionals who perform grounds-maintenance work outside of their security assignments.
Safety Comes First
Because our crews work at homes, businesses, and private properties, Guardian maintains personnel screening and accountability standards.
Individuals working through our program are subject to appropriate screening, including background checks in accordance with Guardian policy and applicable law.
Providing opportunities does not mean sacrificing the safety of our customers.
We believe in helping people while maintaining accountability, professionalism, and responsibility.

Payments received through Guardian Grounds Maintenance help us operate and grow the Grounds Maintenance Division.

Why Does Our PayPal Page Say “Donation”?
You may notice that our PayPal payment page uses the word “Donation.”
We want to be completely transparent about what that means.
Guardian Grounds Maintenance is not representing your service payment as a charitable or tax-deductible donation.
We utilize PayPal's donation-style payment interface because it allows customers to enter and submit different payment amounts based upon their individual invoice, project, deposit, service, balance, or other authorized payment amount.
Therefore, when you are paying an invoice or paying for services provided by Guardian Grounds Maintenance:
Your payment is a payment for services — even though the PayPal interface may display the word “Donation.”
The word appearing on PayPal's payment screen does not change the nature of the transaction.
Important Notice
Payments made for services provided by Guardian Grounds Maintenance are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
Customers should enter only the amount shown on their invoice, estimate, payment agreement, deposit request, or other communication from Guardian Grounds Maintenance unless otherwise instructed.
If someone chooses to provide separate voluntary support toward one of our community initiatives, that contribution will be treated separately from payment for contracted grounds-maintenance services.
